Returns:

If a sweater or jacket does not fit, you can return our items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return. You can find further details in our terms and conditions.

Payment methods:

Payment is made online in CHF via advance payment (instant transfer) and credit or debit card. The transaction fees for instant transfer are 2.5% of the purchase value + CHF 0.40, for credit and debit cards 1.9% of the purchase value + CHF 0.30.
