How a mishap turned into an idea

Because, only the best is good enough for greyhounds as  everyone certainly knowns, my mother one day thought  to herself, "Why throw away a shrunken cashmere sweater that otherwise is perfectly fine, when it can be transformed into a cuddly soft sweater for our little Iggy?"

So we, a mother-daughter team from Switzerland who are very enthusiastic about Italian Greyhounds, developed the idea of ​​giving used clothing a second chance - as handmade dog sweaters and dog jackets.

Upcycling - reuse instead of throwing away

We are convinced that although a garment no longer pleases or can no longer be worn, the fabric is perfectly suitable for another purpose.

For our dog wear, we make sure to only use materials of the best quality. Fabrics such as cashmere, alpaca, sheep and lambs wool or cotton are used for our sweaters. The jackets are made from quilted and down jackets.

When creating the new interpretations, we make sure to incorporate the individual character of the garment. This way unique and handmade pieces with lots of personality are created in our studio in Switzerland!

We choose the names for our "gentle guys" (the sweaters & jackets) to match the individual character or the characteristics of the upcycled garment.
